EVO was this past weekend, and if you’re a fighting game player that means you couldn’t contain the excitement as announcement after announcement poured in for a variety of games. Right now there’s no bigger fighting game than Street Fighter 6, and since the upcoming character lineup was already leaked, people were on the edge of their seats looking for more promotional material to appear. Unfortunately we didn’t get the gameplay trailer I was hoping for, but we did get a teaser trailer that instantly got the character trending online. Thank god they knew the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles avatar outfit collab wasn’t going to be enough to drum up hype for the game.
Regardless of the lack of gameplay, I’m still excited for this character. She seems to combine some horror elements in her design and personality, plus there are strong hints that we’ll see a return of a poison mechanic similar to F.A.N.G.’s from the past game. Besides an update to the game, another reason I’m so hype is that Street Fighter has a good history of being included in animated projects. There’s no doubt in my mind we’ll be seeing some 3D porn of this character giving and receiving more than just poisonous concoctions come this autumn when she’s scheduled to release. And I don’t want to steer anyone wrong but my guess would be she’s coming out in October given a couple of the spooky references in her trailer. After a few hours of beating ass with her in the game, I certainly wouldn’t mind watching some lewd animations of beating her ass afterwards to cool off if you catch my drift.
From Granblue, to Project L, Tekken, Mortal Kombat, hell almost everyone was eating well this weekend. I see Yung already did an article earlier this week covering Tekken’s new addition in case you’re interested, and let me just say while I’m too smooth-brained for that game, that coffee mommy could get a couple shots of creamer from me any day of the week. God bless the fighting game community, and just as important, the lewd animator community who I surmise will do these hot ass characters justice very soon. Did you watch any of EVO?
