It's been some time since the last installment in the Nekopara series, and fans of catgirls have been waiting patiently for Neko Works to release the next chapter, Nekopara After La Vraie Famille. Their last release was a catboy-themed spin-off, originally announced on April Fool's Day but later released as a full game. And it's that time of year again, meaning we got another surprise reveal that certainly wasn't what people were expecting.
You may know that neko means cat, which is combined with paradise to form Nekopara. Likewise, the Japanese word for dog is inu, and this next title is apparently called, wait for it... Inupara: Dogs Paradise. As you can probably tell already, this supposed new VN is about a guy surrounded by moe-fied dogs rather than moe-fied cats. There are six in total, each based on a different breed of dog, and they're all as cute as any of the cats from Nekopara.
It's important to keep in mind that for now, this is still just an April Fools' joke and not an actual announcement. But just like Catboys Paradise turned out to be a real thing, it's highly likely this will be released eventually. Imagine if they went through all that effort designing six sexy bitches plus a theme song and intro video all for it just to be a prank in the end.
Would you guys play Inupara: Dogs Paradise if gets released for real? Which doggirl is best doggirl? Sound off below!
